                  Class will run from 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM  

OBJECTIVE: This program is specifically designed to assist participants in their efforts to prepare for the CPSM Exam 3. It is a review of all Exam 3 subjects and tasks.  

REQUIREMENTS: Participants are required to have the CPSM Study Guide for Exam 3. This is purchased directly from ISM, 1-800-888-6276 

SYLLABUS: This is a review of the material required to pass Exam 3 of the CPSM.  The review will cover all tasks.  The review will include lecture, question and answer, group participation, and case studies. 
 

INSTRUCTOR: 

Marilyn Davis has been involved in government contracting since 1986 starting as a secretary to the Northeast Region’s Procurement Branch in the U.S. Postal Service and gradually moving up to Contracting Officer in USPS Headquarters in Washington DC.  She left the Postal Service and went to GovWorks, a franchise fund under the Department of Interior.  She is now with the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) as a Business Operations Specialist in the Acquisition Programs and Planning Branch.  

Ms. Davis has MS in Managerial Leadership from National Louis University.  She is a Certified Purchasing Manager (C.P.M.), and was president of the National Association of Purchasing Managers/National Capital Area in 2008.
